1. Access

As we all know, decentralized wind power first finds the grid and then finds the wind, so the grid access point must be determined first. The development enterprise should first communicate with the local power grid about the possibility of access, understand the site of the access station and the load in the station, and then evaluate the capacity and feasibility of the access, so as to determine the development capacity.

2. Resources

The scale of decentralized wind power is small, usually only a few wind turbines, and some even one wind turbine, which requires higher accuracy of wind resources; in addition, the development cycle of decentralized wind power is short, and it is particularly important to evaluate wind resources more quickly and accurately. Experts suggest that for plain terrain, wind measurement tower data near the planned site can be used, and for complex terrain, big data, cloud computing, lidar and other forms can be used to evaluate wind resources.

3. Fan

Choose a wind turbine with mature technology and large single-unit capacity. The high tower and long blades of large units can meet the resource conditions of low wind speed areas and can effectively reduce land occupation, which is a key point for the selection of decentralized wind turbines. Of course, the model selection is not blindly large, the final model selected is the combination of the best power level and blade diameter matched to different resource conditions.
