(1) Analysis of the reasons for the severe vibration of the wind turbine: the fixing bolts of the generator base are loose; the wind turbine blades are deformed; the tail fixing screws are loose; the tower cable is loose.

(2) The troubleshooting method of severe vibration: The severe vibration of the wind turbine occurs from time to time, most of which are caused by the loose bolts of the main working parts. If the bolts are loose, tighten the loose bolts (pay attention to the spring pads); if the wind turbine blades are deformed, they need to be removed and repaired or replaced with new blades (note that the replacement of the wind turbine blades should be replaced as a set to avoid damage to the balance of the wind turbine) .

2. Failure to adjust the direction of the fan has the following phenomena: when the wind wheel is at low wind speed (generally below 3-5m/s), it often does not face the wind, and the machine head is difficult to rotate. The wheel cannot be deflected in time to limit the speed, which causes the wind wheel to rotate at excessive speed for a long time, resulting in the deterioration of the working stability of the wind turbine.

(1) Analysis of the reasons for the failure to adjust the direction: the pressure bearing at the upper end of the fan column (or tower) is damaged, or the pressure bearing is not installed when the fan is installed, because the fan is not maintained for a long time, so that the long sleeve of the machine base slewing body and the pressure bearing are Too much sludge makes the butter aging and hard, which makes the machine head difficult to rotate. When the rotating body and the pressure bearing are installed, no butter is added at all, which causes the inside of the rotating body to rust.

(2) The troubleshooting method for the failure of the direction adjustment: remove the rotating body and after cleaning, if the bearing is not installed, the pressure bearing needs to be reinstalled. If there is no maintenance for a long time, there is too much sludge or no oil is added at all, it needs to be cleaned carefully After that, just apply new butter.

3. The abnormal noise in the operation of the fan has the following phenomena: when the wind speed is low, there will be obvious noise, or friction sound, or obvious percussion sound, etc.

(1) Analysis of the cause of abnormal noise: loosening of screws and bolts in each fastening part; lack of oil or looseness in the generator bearing; damage to the generator bearing; friction between the wind wheel and other parts.

(2) Elimination method of abnormal noise: If abnormal noise is found when the fan is running, it should be shut down immediately for inspection. If the fastener screws are loose, add the spring pads and tighten them. If the wind wheel rubs against other parts, find out the fault point, adjust or repair and eliminate it. If it does not belong to the above reasons, the abnormal noise may be in the front and back of the generator. For the bearing part, you should open the front and rear bearing covers of the generator at this time, check the bearings, clean the bearing parts or replace with new bearings, add butter, and install the front and rear bearing covers of the generator back to their original positions.
